Comments: This course is designed for people working with young people (teachers, youth workers etc) as well as parents, carers, grandparents etc. A great, down to earth, practical course that gives you the skills and knowledge you need to help a young person (14-24 year olds) live really well with and in spite of mental health problems. The course meets the requirements for Continuuing Professional Development (CPD) for most professions. The two days are fully catered (tea/coffee on arrival, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea). Each partipant receives a Mental Health First Aid Manual, a certificate, handouts and resources as well as ongoing email support via my website (www.mindstrength.com.au).
