We are excited to invite you to our upcoming webinar

Breaking the Silence, Building Strength:

A Conversation on Men’s Mental Health

Thursday 6 November, 12:30pm – 1:30pm AEDT

Registration required

About the webinar

Whether you’re an MHFAider, Instructor or simply passionate about men’s mental health, this webinar is designed to help you better understand men’s mental health across all stages of life – from adolescence through to older adulthood.

Our speakers will explore the social, emotional and cultural factors that shape men’s wellbeing, identity and help-seeking. You’ll hear real-world examples and practical strategies for recognising distress, starting supportive conversations, and connecting men and boys to help in ways that feel meaningful and safe.

By the end of the session, you will:

✔️ gain insights from education and community perspectives

✔️ deepened your understanding of the transitions that impact men’s mental health across different life stages – such as entering the workforce, fatherhood, and retirement

✔️ learn new ways to approach conversations with men who may be reluctant to open up.

You are welcome to share this opportunity with your peers and colleagues who are passionate about men’s mental health.
